YKS is a Telecom stalwart with three decades of entrepreneurial leadership in starting and setting-up businesses from scratch across High-Technology Consumer Products, Telecom, ISPs, MSOs and SPORTainment for developing Sports@grassroots.

In his last assignment before turning an Entrepreneur, YKS was HINDUJA MEDIA GROUP CEO & DIRECTOR and had led ‘ONE BROADBAND’ to become India’s 4th largest & fastest growing ISP contributing to India’s digital inclusion and, had also forayed the HINDUJA Group into Sports by acquiring the rights for Mumbai Franchise ‘Mumbai-Ninjas’ of ULTIMATE KARATE LEAGUE (UKL): https://www.facebook.com/MumbaiNinjas/

As the President & CEO of DEN Networks Ltd, YKS had started and set-up it’s Telecom services business and, had also led DEN’s foray into Sports by acquiring the rights for Delhi’s Franchise ‘Delhi Dynamos FC’ at the inaugural season of INDIAN SUPER LEAGUE (ISL). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gicax7wnTgI

YKS started his career as GET (Sales Engineer) with TATA Telecom Ltd, a TATAs & Lucent (formerly AT&T) Joint Venture Company and has held several leadership roles in his start-up to set-up assignments at Tikona Digital, Polycom Inc, PARSEC Technologies, LG ELECTRONICS and SIEMENS MOBILE.

Arindam Paul 

Chief Executive Officer-Arindam Paul of Hindustan Football Club with a background in community engagement and sports management.

Arindam Paul joined Hindustan FC in 2018. A social developmental consultant by profession with over 22 years of rich experience in working in flagship developmental projects and has provided strategic and thought leadership in managing business and driving corporate & public affairs, corporate social responsibility in leading MNC and Indian companies and foundation across India.
Arindam brings to Hindustan FC energy, enthusiasm and determination, along with experience and financial acumen, which fits perfectly with the commitment of the Board in achieving the vision of the club.. Combine keen business acumen with strategic planning and implementation skills to establish scalable business and implement strategies with focus on driving growth and enhancing reach of the club’s operations.

Arindam himself a keen football player a prodigy of the Sports Authority of India having represented the State of Delhi at the National level and having represented his college in Inter University Games. He also has appeared for the club of Shastri FC at the Mini Federation Cup and has represented Moghuls in the Delhi League.

During his first season as Hindustan’s CEO, Arindam oversaw the Club’s record finish as the Runners Up in the Premier League of the Delhi Men’s Senior Division of 2021.
